High - schizotypal, avoidant; moderate obsessive-compulsive

http://quizilla.com/users/Presentlyflesh/quizzes/Which Iliad Hero Are You?" (my test:biggrin:)

-Achilleus
http://drawapig.desktopcreatures.com/"

Take it before you read my answers -
Toward the middle, you are a realist.

Facing right, you are innovative and active, but don't have a strong sense of family, nor do you remember dates

With many details, you are analytical, cautious, and distrustful.

With 4 legs showing, they are secure, stubborn, and stick to their ideals.

The size of the ears indicates how good a listener you are.
The bigger the better. You drew medium sized ears, you are a good listener

The length of the tail indicates the quality of your sex life.
And again more is better! You drew small tail :)

Achilles, too. The other tests were too long.

Oh wow, I'm really messed up

My Personality Test scored low on everything.

The only unique thing that I know about myself is that I don't really care about anything. I never let anything get to me. Sometimes I get angry over something stupid, but it takes a second to get over it. Some people think I'm keeping it inside, but really I'm not at all. It's been like this all my life, and quite frankly I don't think it will all fit in my body. :)

There is a down side to it. My mom sometime thinks that when she passes away, I will not flinch. This is really not the case. She clearly doesn't know about the things I care about. People seem to make a big deal out of everything, like stupid things like... the day an assignment is due, someone giving wrong directions, special store items out of stock, etc... Things like that don't bother me at all. It's stupid crap that people should get over it.

Things I do care about...

- The traffic light system in our city. We have sensors installed, but we DON'T use them. That makes absolutely no sense to me. I never flip out or anything. It's just something that annoys me once in awhile, especially driving at night waiting at a red with no cars.

- My ****ty, urnorganized, uncompetitive, and unacademic school. I complain about it, but not too much because it is my fault for choosing that school. I mainly get frustrated because I'm in a 3rd year mathematics course, and we are still doing some review of HIGH SCHOOL! I'm transferring so I don't care anymore now. They can do whatever the hell they want now.

I think that's it really.

I obviously care a lot about people close to me. My gf also noticed my laid back kind of personality. She doesn't feel that I don't care about her though. She obviously knows I do, and I have no problems expressing that. She really likes it though because sometimes she says most people would freak out on certain things, but it doesn't seem to bother me at all. That's a good thing because that's less stress on her for making mistakes that aren't that big of a deal.

Anyways, I'll end it there.

Now you know a little bit about me. :)

It keeps telling me I haven't answered Questions 10,11. I've gone through it several times, I did answer them. Well I guess I can't be a hero.

I got fed up trying to draw the pig and stopped.

My pig...

http://drawapig.desktopcreatures.com/gallery/2005/10/20/794270.jpg

I didn't have much time to draw a background, and I'm not much of an artist. Surprisingly it didn't come out as bad as I thought it would. What it says about me is anyone's guess. Its not like a normal online test where one just hits the button and outputs a result.

It seems like there could be more to analyze. My pig has slanty ears and a tilted, inquisitive face, surely that could mean something relevant.

Doesn't look so much inquistive as forlorn, which makes the background even more ironic:-p Definately a story behind that face. Reminds me of Eeyore

I chose the first answer that came to mind without mulling it over so I hope (think) it's an honest result.
Couldn't get to the definitions of these (blocked) so I don't know exactly what Schizotypal means. But I'm glad I'm only moderate (whew)

Couldn't get your other test to open up (blocked from my current location). I'll try from home this afternoon. But since I'm only moderatly dependant your rejection of my excuse won't bother me that much :-p

Can't draw worth beans. How about if I just describe my pig as in the middle of the paper facing me with four legs and very long ears and tail

That is one aggressive looking pig! And that's no mistake, that pig has death ray vison.

Yeah, I don't want to hear about you long tailed people.

  • #30
 Love the death ray vision idea. (Actually the cat jumped on the chair and bumped my arm while I was making the eye.)

After the pig zaps you, it puts you in its pocket. Then at dinner time you get eaten! Muahahaha! That's where the poo comes from.

All that zapping and eating gives this pig extraordinary stamina, in order to attend to its ... very long tail.

I didn't see everyone else's pig til after I drew mine. Those other pigs are fabulous! I couldn't make a smooth curve to save my life on that drawing.

I couldn't ge tthe "let me draw a pig" part to work from where I am right now. The server firewall scrubbed it soemhow so it wouldn't function properly (didn't restrict it completely, just enough to tease me though) I forget what the official name of the system is but I think I'll start calling it "Lapdance" for the above mentioned reason

Odysseus The Prudent Counsellor and Complete Man
[Taken from Richmond Lattimore's translation of the Iliad]
Odysseus is crafty, resourceful, daring, and merciless. Essentially, he can be described by the Greek word sophron. This is untranslatable. It means, not necessarily that you have superior brains, but that you make the maximum use of whatever brains you have got. Odysseus is the antithesis of Achilleus. Achilleus has fine intelligence, but passion clouds it; Odysseus has strong passions, but his intelligence keeps them under control. Achilleus, Hektor and Agamemnon, magnificent as they are, are flawed with uncertainty and can act on confused motives; Odysseus never. A single purpose guides Odysseus in the Iliad. The expedition against Troy must succeed. He has no recklessness, but does have stark courage when that is needed. Not the noblest or stateliest of Homer's heroes, he is the one who survives.

  • #39
Nah, Hektor's cooler than Odysseus.

Okay, finally did the Illiad hero one:
Aias The Soldier
[Taken from Richmond Lattimore's translation of the Iliad]
Greatest of warriors after Achilleus is Aias. Homer is very firm about this. Aias carries on, from beginning to end, without benefit of supernatural aid. A huge man, he is compared to a wall, and carries a great shield of seven fold ox hide. Lack of inspired brilliance may go with the failure, in Aias' case, of that divine aid lavished on other heroes. He fights as a big man, with no aura of the supernatural about him; best on defense and when the going is worst. Lacking the glamour of others, never the greatest leader, Aias remains throughout the best soldier of them all.
