What is the angle of attack for a Rogallo wing and how does it generate lift?

Does a Rogallo wing generate a lift at all ? If yes, how ? It does not seem to have wing profile to generate lift.

The wing is operated with an angle of attack provided by the adjustment of the bridle. All wings require an angle of attack to provide lift. Angle of attack is the angle between the chord and the incoming air stream.
