Hello, my name is Juan, I'm a programmer specialized in web development. I'm teaching myself calculus because I want to study several specific topics (machine learning functions, and random prime number generation) and I found this forum searching for online resources.

I have interest in physics/astronomy but only as a hobbist, as I don't have any immediate use for these particular knowledge. I will probably hang out in the calculus and programming section more often, I'm proficient in PHP, Ruby, Javascript SQL and a little Go so I can probably help with any of these languages and Linux system administration.

that's it, hello everyone :)

Cool forum software BTW!
