my answer:

The box is the fridge and the gold is the beer.
 
LOL that's funny but you could consider that to have "a lid" if you knocked it over
 
uh the universe?
 
my answer: if you don't take the words too literally you'll see that it is an egg. there is no manufactured "lid" to this container and also the yolk has a "golden" color and could be valuable to some one whos hungry or an animal of some sort. forget where heard this but i thought it was kinda cool.
