What should I know before majoring in physics as a freshman college student?

Hey All,
I just signed for PF and was instructed to introduce myself. I am a freshman college student getting ready to major in physics. I am at a CC now and am not real sure on where I will go, but I figured this would be a good place to get advice on the topic! And that's it about me:)
