What unlikely animal friendship is caught on camera in the wild?

In summary, a video shows a polar bear and husky playing in the wild. One person mentions how polar bears are typically scolded for playing with their food. Another person shares their experience of watching their cats play with deer and mentions a couple who rehabilitates injured wildlife. They also mention how different animals can bond with each other and even with humans. They share a story of a baby skunk who befriended larger predators and how animals like cats, skunks, and raccoons would wait patiently for a possum to finish eating under a bird feeder.

I am sure that polar bears mother scolded him for playing with his food.

Amazing!

I love watching our cats play "cat and mouse" in the bushes with the deer. Of course when Bun in involved it can get dangerous for the deer.

Once animals are acclimated to one another, it's pretty amazing the behaviors you can observe. There is a couple about 40 miles from here that rehabilitate injured wildlife, and it's interesting to see how some animals bond with others, and with humans, too. It has been fun to visit and carry around a baby skunk that wants to be cuddled, or pick up a groundhog that likes getting his head scratched. That baby skunk was small enough to get into the enclosures of some of the larger predators, and had made friends with some of them. Years back at our old house, a possum started showing up at night under our bird feeder, and every night he would show up with buddies. Cats, skunks, coons, all seemed to like hanging out with him. Even though the cats didn't like eating sunflower seeds (coons did) and even though the skunks preferred to dig for bugs and grubs, they would wait patiently until he was ready to move on.
