SUMMARY

Advanced physics experiment kits, specifically for the Compton effect and single photon double slit experiments, are available through specialized suppliers. Cenco Physics offers a range of high-quality demonstration kits that may include the desired experiments. However, many general suppliers focus on simpler experiments, making it challenging to find advanced kits. Users seeking these specific kits should explore dedicated lab supply companies that cater to higher education and research needs.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of advanced physics concepts, particularly quantum mechanics.
  • Familiarity with experimental physics methodologies.
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment and its applications in physics experiments.
  • Ability to navigate and evaluate educational supply catalogs.
NEXT STEPS
  • Research Cenco Physics for available advanced physics kits.
  • Explore other lab supply companies that specialize in educational physics equipment.
  • Investigate online forums and communities for recommendations on advanced physics experiment suppliers.
  • Look for downloadable catalogs from suppliers that focus on higher education physics resources.
USEFUL FOR

Physics educators, advanced students, and researchers looking for high-quality experimental kits to enhance their understanding of complex physics concepts.

I have heard you can buy Compton effect and single photon double slit experiments as kits, but I am having trouble finding out where. Do any of you know of a place that may have these available? Perhaps a catalog I can download.

All the sites I have found only offer very simple experiments and equipment.

Perhaps a lab supply company that deals with high end physics?

I couldn't find anything about the Compton effect, but Cenco has a lot of really nice demonstration kits, some of which may be what you are looking for:
