Where did my S&D forum go?

AI Thread Summary
The Skepticism and Debunking forum has been merged into the General Discussion section after being inactive for several months. The decision was made due to the high number of closed threads, which created excessive moderation work. A new subforum focused on Science Fiction has been established instead. Despite the changes, the Politics and World Affairs section remains available. The discussion highlights the challenges of managing forum content and user behavior.

Greg tanked it and has a new subforum on Science Fiction.

Skepticism and Debunking is basically merged w/ the General Discussion.

Reason given was that too many threads just ended up getting closed.

I know you were making a joke, but there is a serious aspect to this. Certain sections attract posters who end up making a disproportionate amount of work for the mods. You might think about an old Walt Kelly quote: "We have met the enemy and he is us."
