AI Thread Summary
Windows 11 is available for download, but attempts to download it have failed multiple times. The user is renting a laptop from Easyhome, which monitors the device's location. The rental company is responsible for software updates, and the user is advised to trade in the laptop for an upgraded version if needed. There is a discussion about account cancellation, with suggestions to stop posting if the user wishes to cancel. The conversation hints at a possible language barrier affecting communication.

Then that rental company is responsible for any software updates. Trade it in with them to get the upgraded version. That is not your responsibility. Unless of course that is in your rental contract with them...

Just stop posting. Does your request have to do with your other spammy post?

Okay, even though you are from an English speaking country, there does appear to be a language barrier. Let me try taking this to Personal Messaging (PMs).
