I got an 800 on the critical reading section, and I would suggest the Direct Hits vocab books. I bought them and looked over it while I going to the test center, I knew most of the words and quite a lot of them showed up on the test. It was suggested to me as the best book for this section. If you are referring to the writing section I didn't do so well on it but reviewing for it should be pretty straightforward just get a grammar book, and also practice timed writing.
