Did anyone done parameter extraction of metamaterial

Hi I am trying to extract the parameters of the SRR metamaterial. i got very good result for the Permeability but not getting good enough rersult for permittivity , impedance and refractive index. is there anyone who is doing the same thing . we can exchange our code and help correcting each others program.
i am using FULLWAVE softwareto simulate the metamaterial and doing parameter extraction in MATLAB.
If anyone have time to have a look at my codes then response so that i can upload my code.
