In summary, the best way to completely uninstall software is to use the built-in uninstaller or a third-party uninstaller tool. You can check if the software has been completely uninstalled by checking the list of installed programs or for any remaining files/folders. It is important to completely uninstall software to free up space and remove potential security risks. Uninstalling a program removes all associated files/registry entries, while deleting a program may only remove the main executable file. It is possible to reinstall a program after completely uninstalling it, but it may not fix any previous issues.

It is important to thoroughly research any software before downloading and installing it on your computer. It is possible that the software you are trying to uninstall may have come bundled with spyware, which could explain the strange notepad file with a MySpace email address. It is important to regularly scan your computer for malware and to be cautious when downloading programs from unknown sources. It is also a good idea to contact the software developer for assistance with uninstalling their program. As for the notepad file, it is difficult to determine the intentions behind it without further investigation. It is always important to prioritize online safety and to be cautious when using the internet.
