Can the Potential Energy of an Electron in a Hydrogen Atom be Measured?

Thanks! Of course, it's "binding energy". I didn't guess right.

Can Fractional Calculus Handle Derivatives of Non-Integer Orders?

I'm searching literature for solving derivative with order between 0 up to 1. If anybody have that, please post me!

Can the Potential Energy of an Electron in a Hydrogen Atom be Measured?

Eigenstates are known. Unknown is only U(x).

Can the Potential Energy of an Electron in a Hydrogen Atom be Measured?

Can you post me some links for this problem. What is BE? May be Bose-Einstein? How we can solve Schrodinger equation which have given wave function , but unknown pot. energy? Thanks!

Can the Potential Energy of an Electron in a Hydrogen Atom be Measured?

It is known that the potential energy of electron in the hydrogen atom is completely definite quantity, for given point . How we can measure it?

    Electromagnetic force in electric motor

Yes,this is AC motor, but formula for its force must be the same. As we see color of groove is blue and it corresponds to B=0.

Ok. Is this correct picture or not? http://www.mfly.de/animation_b.gif

    Electromagnetic force in electric motor

Are you sure? The magnetic resistance of the groove materials, such as copper, insulation ,air etc is many times more then steel. The magnetic flux pass around the groove, but not inside it.

    Electromagnetic force in electric motor

Suppose we have a DC motor with permanent magnet. Moreover, the armature of motor is groove rotor. The elementary electromagnetic force is given by: dF=jxBdv, where j is electric current density , x is vector multiplication , B - magnetic flux density , dv - elementary volume. If we integrate...
