What Is the pH at Equivalence for a Weak Acid-Strong Base Titration?
can't you figure out the volume of NaOH, though? write and balance the chemical eqn, and then use stoichiometric relationships to find the moles of NaOH. Divide this by the molarity (0.15 M) to get milliliters of NaOH.- dt_

Solve Inverse Function: g^-1(6) for g(x) = 5 + x + e^x
You applied the ln incorrectly. You'd be getting ln (y-5), not ln y - ln 5. See if you can go from there  Anyway, the idea for finding an inverse function like this is, replace all the y with x, and replace all the x with y. Then solve for the new y, which is the inverse function...- dt_

[Chem] Determining Masses from Concentration
Homework Statement In lab, a student decides to analyze a 0.6118 g sample containing only magnesium chloride and sodium chloride. He does this by adding 145 milliliters of 0.1006 M silver nitrate. A precipitate, silver chloride, is formed, which has a mass of 1.7272 grams. Using this data...- dt_

3D Surfaces - Equation Formed When Rotating a 2D Line About an Axis?
| \frac{x}{3} | ^{2} = \frac{x^{2}}{9} so the r^2 in x^2 + y^2 = r^2 is equal to (x^2) / 9 and.. the equation of the circle is y^2 + z^2 = (x^2 / 9) but that's a.. cone? i think? which would make sense does that seem right?- dt_
