Fourth Integral: What is the Answer?

Ok HallsofIvy, I apply my question to the physics. Now, can u explain the interpretation of the outcome.

The Speed of Change: Centripetal Force

Chronos, I'm really surprised that such a thing like speed of change existed theoretically. But, why is there a limit (c) to this speed. Can't it be instantaneous.

The Speed of Change: Centripetal Force

I was just thinking that whether changes have any speed. Suppose we have a system in which a bodyA is rotating around an other body B through centripetal force. If B gets an instantaneous hit so that its position changes. Then what will be the speed of change or effect or whatever with which...

Is Peter O'Neil's Advanced Engineering Mathematics a worthwhile investment?

Peter o'Neil may be a good book because our college's library have its limited copies :). Kreyzig is an average book. Look for some book by IIT faculty. They are cheap and really good.

Can a passenger flight stand mid air before landing

I think the airplane can hover in the mid-air if it is at sufficiently great height, but at the time of landing, it is almost impossible.

Fourth Integral: What is the Answer?

Here I have a simple, yet strange question. On evaluating a double integral, we get area. On evaluating a triple integral, we get volume. But what we get on evaluating a fourth order integral i.e. (intergral)f(x,y,z,t)dx dy dz dt Is it space time? I cannot understand what the answer is...

Quantum Mechanics: Can You Pass Through Walls?

In classical mechanics, we establish the relationship b/w the physical quantities like position, velocity. But in QM, we establish the relationship b/w the probabilities of different phsical quantities. Acc. to QM(Feynman), the light is reflected at all the angles and not only at the angle...

Medical Sleep on it before making major decisions (article)

I think its because after sleeping, our mind gets relaxed and is not usually not involved in the complex thoughts. So making a choice becomes easy.
