High School What's the Probability of Finding Cake in the Last Box?
yeah, this is bothering me the wording is bad, but its not a trick question. i guess better wording would be: what's the probability that you open all the boxes and then find cake in the last one?- GlobalDuty

High School What's the Probability of Finding Cake in the Last Box?
you open box after box until you get the cake. what's the probability that after opening 4 empty boxes, you open the last box with cake? i know that the probability of finding cake in the first box is 1/5. i think for the 5th box you multiply: (1/5)(1/4)(1/3)(1/2) to get the answer. is this right?- GlobalDuty

High School Simplify (a+b)^c | No Squareroot Needed
what is another way to form (a+b)^c to another simple expression? like for example a^c+b^c doesn't work because its not eqivalent to (a+b)^c (without using squareroot)- GlobalDuty

still confused. do you mean i just multiply (Current1)*(20 Ohms) = Vb (Current 2) *(10 ohms) = Va and then Va - Vb?- GlobalDuty
