    Erdos conjecture on arithmetic progression

I read this through wikipedia and some other sources and find it to be unsolved. Erdos offer a prize of $5000 to prove it. A mathematician at UW has looked at it and verify them to be correct. However, i still have some doubt about it because the proof i give is pretty simple. Can anyone take a...

Is Big Bang True? Physics and SR/GR

If you have learned about Compton scattering, you'll understand the energy of quanta decreases, this happens because photon collides with electron and change its direction and give electron some energy, thus, photon loses some of its energy

Is Big Bang True? Physics and SR/GR

I believe that the universe is static, and 1 day i'll try to prove it, even Einstein has some fallacy in this theory. He believes that universe is non-Euclidean geometry and you have to use complex math to solve but you could use a high school math to solve something like Mercury's perihelion...

Is Big Bang True? Physics and SR/GR

Read this contradiction I get from some website and tell what you think False Assumptions? The first problem involves the three predictions that the big bang theory makes, that the universe is expanding, that the cosmic background radiation exists and that the abundances of light elements are...

Is Big Bang True? Physics and SR/GR

Hey guys, I'm deeply interested in physics and I want to be a theoretical physicist, I'm only freshman in high school, but I'm in 2nd quarter calculus. I've a question that want to ask. I've read many article about physics especially SR and GR, could it be that redshift that we see from moving...

How do find out gravitational pull according to GR?

we know that on Earth, an object falling with a rate of g horizontally, and the formula for it is a=g*cos x. So according to GR, an object falls into the warp of space time that a huge object causes. So should there be a new "g" applied to all the warp in space time? Am i right or not?
