A standard form of Complex Frequency can only have two terms?
Standard from book: v(t)=K1e^(s1t)+K2e^(s2t) Can I have this below instead? v(t)=K1e^s1 + K1e^s2 - K2e^s3 - K2e^s4 I'm really confused, I sometimes get this when I do calculations. Any ideas? Thanks!- korbear

Complex Frequency S, S* and S1, S1*?
Complex Frequency S, S* and S1, S1*? Homework Statement Figure out what the complex frequency S is. g(t)=[4e^(-2t)-e^(-t)]cos(4t-95degree)Homework Equations v(t)=K1e^(s1t)+K2e^(s2t)The Attempt at a Solution I got, v(t)=K1e^s1 + K1e^s2 - K2e^s3 - K2e^s4 Which looks very messy. Turns out it...- korbear

Calculators How do you plot y'=3+2y on a TI-Nspire CX CAS?
Figured out myself, you have to use y1 instead of y, because y1 is the default function. Kind of a silly mistake...- korbear

Calculators How do you plot y'=3+2y on a TI-Nspire CX CAS?
Hi, I'm new here. I did some research plotting the ODE of y'=3+2y without having x shows up in the equation. I can't figure it out, why the calculator does plot a harder equation but not a simple one? I can get the slope field with an equation that has an x in it. However, without x, my...- korbear
