Uniformly Charged Circular Disk
The problem says "around" the disk, so that probably means where does E not point outside of the disk. to answer, consider the electric field in regions far far away from the disk, so that the disk appears to be a point. What would the field look like?- Ned Stark

What is meant by no gas enters or leaves the cylinder ?
P*V=n*R*T from question; P don't change, and there is a finite amount of gas in chamber (i.e. n don't change) so P don't change, n don't change (and R is a const. so it don't change), then what else could change (hint. if T change, then V change)- Ned Stark

Is it correct to say that in andrews frame, the relative velocity between the flash and bob is c+v? That seems kinda funky. But i do get what your saying about relativity of simultinaity.
