Binary Addition: How to Add Binary Numbers with Examples
Homework Statement Shown is two binary numbers adding with the answer The Attempt at a Solution Looking at the end side 1.1+1.1, shouldn't that be 11.00... instead of 10.00...- nothing909

The z transform and first principles
They do show me how to get the first part, but not how to converge. I think the last line you multiple by denominator and numerator by z squared, but that’s all I got. All I need is a quick explanation of how they are getting the last 2 lines of the equation, I understand the rest of it- nothing909

The z transform and first principles
Homework Statement shown in the picture is the question and answer to it, but i don't understand how they're getting it. this is me just not understanding the maths and i know its not difficult but I've been stuck on it for a while, so can someone explain in detail how you get the last two...- nothing909

Probability Question -- Choosing red and white coins from two tables
Homework Statement table 1 has 3 red and 5 white coins. table 2 has 4 red and 2 white coins. a coin is chosen at random without knowing its color from table 1 and placed onto table 2. then as coin is taken from the second table. what is the probability that the coin chosen from the second table...- nothing909

Expression for closed loop gain of differential amplifier
ok, thanks. can you explain how it goes from V1/(1 + R3/R4) then to = (V1 x R4/R3)/(1 + R4/R3)- nothing909

Expression for closed loop gain of differential amplifier
Yes, R1/R2 = R3/R4, it says that in the solutions. and yes, that is a mistake. i'm confused about where the 1 comes from, why does it just appear?- nothing909

Expression for closed loop gain of differential amplifier
Homework Statement The question is Derive an expression for the closed loop gain of the differential amplifier. I have solutions for these questions but the solution for this question is quite vague. Here is the solution: I understand part 1 and part 3, but part 2 I don't. So looking at...- nothing909

Instrumentation amplifier practical results vs simulation
yea, that's the circuit. even if that is a big error, the simulated gain would still be 6 and the practical gain would be slightly lower, why is this?- nothing909

Instrumentation amplifier practical results vs simulation
I've not got the schematic and simulation to show right now, it's just a basic 3 op amp instrumentation amplifier. do you need them to answer my question and if so, why? i know the simulation results are ideal, but what factors in a practical test could cause the gain to drop a little?- nothing909

Instrumentation amplifier practical results vs simulation
I just have a simple question to ask. I'm simulating an instrumentation amplifier and then testing it practically. When I simulate it, my gain is 6, but when I test it, I get a gain of 5.54. I'm just wondering what is causing the slight drop in gain in the practical results?- nothing909

Reset Pong Game on Microcontroller with C Programming
Homework Statement I'm using a microcontroller to create a pong game, but I'm completely new to C programmning. I'm mostly reusing code and adding bits in here and there rather than writing it from scratch. I have a basic pong game working right now, but every time someone scores, I have to...- nothing909

Testing instrumenation amplifier
I don't understand what u mean when you say "compute the step change of input..." say my results are this: how do i get the gain for these 2 result tables? they're very similar, but the negative and positives are opposite for each set of results. can you explain a bit more simply how to get...- nothing909

Testing instrumenation amplifier
Homework Statement I just have some very simple questions to ask. I'm testing a basic 3 OP instrumentation amplifier I have to short V2 to ground and test V1 from -2V to 2V, in 0.25 increments. I then have to short V1 to ground and test V2 from -2 to 2V in 0.25 increments. the results i...- nothing909
