Hello. This is probably a really dumb question, but I was wondering how the ph system works in relation to making a ph 7 liquid (which would be water and salt, right?)
The way I was thinking was if you have an acid with a ph3 and a base with a ph8, and you wanted to mix them to produce a ph7...
Also, one other question: If a SINGLE destination (a light) was made and a BRANCHING TREE of gates (2 per previous 1 wire) went out and at the end there were a switch per wire, would you be able to turn the light on with only 2 switches? I have a feeling this is the case but am unsure.

That's not condescending at all. You do realize that creating an outline for every possible scenario for the sake of comparing them, weather feasible or not, would help to put in order their priorities? Doing nothing has an estimated cost of x/day. Scenario A has an estimated cost of x(1+.5)/day...
I know, but I'm not talking about a new fact per article or per news broadcast. I'm talking about the literal blueprint to fixing the problem. I know they don't really have a plan, but they should at least have an outline with estimated variables for all possible solutions and comparisons...
I was wondering if any of you have stumbled across the real general blueprint for fixing the oil disaster. All I've been able to find is articles about it, but I'm talking about an outline that they may currently be following.

actually that seems like a solution if they could connect the tanker's volume to the shoreline and have it quarantined (and barrelled) as quickly as possible. Maybe even divide the locations that on the shoreline so it doesn't gush uncontrollably to one location.
