Help with imaginary and complex numbers
If someone could give me some notes explaining about them that i could follow so i can do my homework and stuff it would be appreciated! I don't understand them at the moment b/c i don't understand the teacher, which is definitely my problem. So it would be nice if i could get an explanation...- SpeedeRi2

Planar Motion: Calculate Object's Horizontal Distance Before Striking Ground
A 12.0 kg object slides down a frictionless plane that is 3.00 meters high and extends 4.00 meters horizontally before sliding 0.100 meters horizontally and then falling out a window that is 4.80 meters high off the ground. How far horizontally from its starting position does the object travel...- SpeedeRi2

Finding Velocity and Maximum Height in Projectile Motion
ok so i used 1st formula got .4587 for d? doesn't seem right! then put in givens for second equation and stuck! I don't know if I am solving this correctly! 0.4587 = 3.000t -4.905(t)squared -where do i go from there if that's even...- SpeedeRi2

How Do You Calculate Total Distance with Different Speeds?
Im not really good at physics :blushing: , so if u could solve the problem or help me through it! Any help will be appreciated! 1.) An object travels in a straight line at a uniform velocity of 10 m/s for 3 seconds and then travels for 2 seconds at a constant speed of 5 meters per second...- SpeedeRi2

Finding Velocity and Maximum Height in Projectile Motion
Any help will be appreciated! An object is fired upward at a speed of 3.000 m/s at t= 0.0000s. It reaches its maximum height at time t. What is its velocity at the maximum height? Assuming that g= -9.81 m/s/s, calculate the maximum height reached in meters: Calculate the time, t...- SpeedeRi2
