Hello everyone,
My name is Dani Rose. I recently joined because I am working on a series of essays about geology, continental drift, and astronomy. Through my research, I realized how important it is for scientists from different fields to work together. I believe this community is a wonderful place for learning and exchanging ideas.
I am not a professional scientist, just someone trying to understand from a scientific perspective what happened in our past, so that we can at least theoretically outline our future. I look forward to reading your discussions and, hopefully, contributing myself in the future.

What exactly is the "working on a series of essays" which you say? Are you a physical science student, or do you wonder if you could or should become a physical science student (also meaning, study a physical science as your chosen major field)?

What exactly is the "working on a series of essays" which you say? Are you a physical science student, or do you wonder if you could or should become a physical science student (also meaning, study a physical science as your chosen major field)?

I am neither a physics student nor planning to apply. To my great regret, the profession I have chosen is very far from science. Writing on scientific topics is my hobby. I am not a famous writer, only an amateur, but I like, before I write something, to have researched and understood it (this gives me pleasure). For example, my next topic will be about Pangaea, the creation of the world, and everything in the sacred books and the prophets from the past. Maybe I would be more successful if I wrote about people’s personal problems, but that would only give me a feeling of wasted time. I hope I was clear enough. If you are interested in anything else, ask me, it is not a problem.
