AI Thread Summary
The last date for submitting the Declaration form for the November test at Oxford University for the undergraduate Physics course is not fixed. Applicants must return the form "in good time" to ensure adequate arrangements for the test. If not applying from a UK school or college, candidates need to find a suitable venue, such as a local school or library, where a designated authority can oversee the test. The completed Declaration Form must be sent to the Undergraduate Admissions Office at Oxford, and it's recommended to submit it as soon as possible. For any concerns, contacting the Undergraduate Admissions Office via the provided email is advised.

There's no last date … you have to return it "in good time to allow enough time to arrange the test".

See http://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate_courses/courses/physics/physics_.html" …
If you are not applying from a UK school or college, then you will need to find a suitable venue where you can take your test on 4 November 2009. This can be any venue with suitable facilities for taking a test, where you can find someone in a suitable position of authority to act as the contact person. This person will need to agree to receive the test papers for you, arrange for invigilation of the test under examination conditions and return the completed papers to Oxford.

For example, a local school, college, British Council office, other office or library may be suitable venues. When you have found a suitable place to take the test, and a contact person at that venue, you will need to complete a submit the November Test Centre Declaration Form to let us know where you will be taking the test.
The completed first page of this form must be returned to:
November Tests
Undergraduate Admissions Office
University Offices
Wellington Square
Oxford OX1 2JD
UNITED KINGDOM
Email: test.declaration@admin.ox.ac.uk
Fax: +44 (0) 1865 270212
Applicants and Test Centre contacts are advised to keep copies of this document.

Please ensure that
the completed form is returned in good time to allow enough time to arrange the test(s).

Do it as soon as possible … if you're worried, then ask the Undergraduate Admissions Office at the email address provided.

Bit Britain-specific but I was wondering, what's the best path to take for A-Levels out of the following (I know Y10 seems a bit early to be thinking about A-levels, but my choice will impact what I do this year/ in y11) I (almost) definitely want to do physics at University - so keep that in mind... The subjects that I'm almost definitely going to take are Maths, Further Maths and Physics, and I'm taking a fast track programme which means that I'll be taking AS computer science at the end...
After a year of thought, I decided to adjust my ratio for applying the US/EU(+UK) schools. I mostly focused on the US schools before, but things are getting complex and I found out that Europe is also a good place to study. I found some institutes that have professors with similar interests. But gaining the information is much harder than US schools (like you have to contact professors in advance etc). For your information, I have B.S. in engineering (low GPA: 3.2/4.0) in Asia - one SCI...
I'm going to make this one quick since I have little time. Background: Throughout my life I have always done good in Math. I almost always received 90%+, and received easily upwards of 95% when I took normal-level HS Math courses. When I took Grade 9 "De-Streamed" Math (All students must take "De-Streamed" in Canada), I initially had 98% until I got very sick and my mark had dropped to 95%. The Physics teachers and Math teachers talked about me as if I were some sort of genius. Then, an...
