The 'terms' like up above is very old and it doesn't work, all the links are too old.

It worked for me. It's not that old. I think they only started creating the glossary about a year ago. It's still a work in progress.
 
everything I click on it has a message from PF (the old PF) that flashes from 'not found' to 'contact the administrator'
 
Seems to work for me. Got a specific example?

The addresses in the links in the 'Select a letter' table are wrong.
