3 Dimensional Construction Program?

Does anyone have any information whatsoever about freeware or any other software that I might be able to use. I essentially need to input coordinates, and would love to have some program construct a visual representation for me to see. That would be swell! Thanks everyone!

Many of those packages aren't available anymore.
I would also add google sketchup and gnuplot can plot 3d points as well as 3d functions.
