AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around a scientific study conducted by a plastic and reconstructive surgeon that aims to create archetypal faces by compiling features from numerous attractive females. The consensus is that while these archetypal faces may represent a group, they lack individuality and personality, leading to a perception of sameness that is deemed uninteresting. Participants express a preference for the diversity of facial features found in real individuals over the homogenized results of the study.
