Do any of you guys have a PCB router? Do you know of one for less than $1,000?
The discussion centers on finding budget-friendly PCB routers under $1,000, specifically focusing on options like the LPKF milling machine and the Zenbot router paired with a Wolfgang Engineering spindle. Participants clarify the distinction between PCB routers for cutting multi-up panels and milling machines for creating two-sided PCBs. The Zenbot router is noted for its favorable reviews, particularly when equipped with the Wolfgang spindle, which is reputed for handling narrow traces effectively. While the Zenbot setup may exceed the $1,000 budget, it remains a competitive option for quality PCB milling.

Comments I have read on forums around the web seem to be favourable to these products. I think you could expect to pay around $1500 for the lot however, which is still a good price.
