How Can I Easily Find My Posts on the Forum?

Hello. How should a member bring up a list of his post's? Is there a 'user control panel?'...where a list of one's post's can be found?

In the header nav click "MY PF" and then "Your Content"

"Forums" -> "Watched Threads" is even better if you are looking for new posts from others in threads you are interested in.
