Can the Oregon State Beavers make a comeback and win the College World Series?

In summary, the Oregon State University Beavers won the College World Series and the NCAA baseball championship by beating the North Carolina Tar heels 3-2. They had to win four straight elimination games to make it to the championship series, where they lost the first game and were trailing 5-0 in the fourth inning of the second game before coming back to win 11-7. This is the first national title for OSU in 45 years. The conversation also includes some friendly banter about the team's name.

A little local chest thumping:

The Oregon State University Beavers beat the North Carolina Tar heels 3-2 tonight to win the College World Series and capture the NCAA baseball championship.

To make it to the championship series they had to win 4 straight elimination games after losing their first game.

In the best 2 of 3 championship series they lost the first game and were trailing 5-0 in the fourth inning of the second game before coming back to win 11-7.

This is the first national title of any kind for OSU in 45 years.

Way to go Beavs!
