In summary, hobbyists can reproduce historical science experiments at home, but it may require a significant amount of time, effort, and resources. They must also be careful to follow safety precautions and use accurate materials and methods to achieve accurate results. Some historical experiments may not be feasible to recreate due to modern advancements or lack of available resources. However, with dedication and proper research, hobbyists can successfully recreate many historical science experiments and gain a better understanding of their significance in scientific progress.

Hello all,

I'm an Alaskan with an interest in the sciences. I'll probably mostly be asking for the formulas (and in most cases, how to manipulate them) needed to scale/size experiments without invalidating the experiment.

As a hobbyist, I enjoy re-producing / validating older physics, chemistry and electrical experiments from the era when experimental set ups could be done by curious laymen in their own sitting room.
