how do you get an electrolyte capacitor in circuit simulators like TINA and nl5?

How accurate a simulation do you require? For most DC or low-frequency purposes, any old capacitor model with the appropriate value will do. For large capacitance values with high-frequency signals present, you can further refine the model with a large shunt resistor (to simulate leakage) and a small series inductance. Beyond that, some component manufacturers make SPICE models of their parts available, but I don't know about the two you mention specifically.
