How can I find the electrostatic potential of any point on a charged disk with radius R and surface charge density σ

Is the disk conducting?

no

It looks like a difficult problem iif you need to find it at a point other than at the centre.

I succeeded to get the electrostatic potential on the origin and on the rim of the disk but I'm still trying to get it anywhere on the disk
