In the figure, the orange line and the green line are perpendicular and intersect on the x-axis.Find the coordinates of P.

The Attempt at a Solution


I found the slope of the orange line and also for the other line.
the point there is (0,y).Which is the y-intercept.

What kind of triangle is formed by the figure? What can you do with that information? (I'm trying to give a hint for one approach - there are certainly others).
