Hey folks. I don't really feel that I'm new since I've perused this board for going on 6 years. I decided it was time to make an account of my own to ask questions more directly and to share what little expertise I have.

I claim to be some kind of Engineer for a power company. Power is my calling. I love learning about it and talking about it to anyone who'll listen.

I enjoy fishing, camping, writing, and painting in my off-time. If anyone is ever in Georgia, give me a holler. We'll go fishing.

I'm glad to be here. Thank you.

Welcome Fisherman, I'm a retired power engineer myself, as are a few others here.

As you probably know, talking about the electric power infrastructure is the most boring possible topic in social situations. So, I'm happy to find a few people here on PF who are interested in it.
