I was wondering why the penny wasn't included...

The 2000A slow-blow fuse (an 11mm combination wrench) is for use in Europe with their 240V circuits. For the US, use a 3/8" combination wrench. In a pinch, a 3/8" - 7/16" wrench will suffice.
