A graphics issue is reported with a GeForce GTS 250, indicated by a Device Manager error stating that Windows cannot start the hardware device due to incomplete or damaged configuration information (Code 19). The problem arose after an incomplete installation of HP Display Assistant, which was terminated via Task Manager. Despite uninstalling the software and installing the latest graphics drivers, the issue persists. Users are prompted to provide additional information about their Windows version, architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), and whether Windows updates have been performed to facilitate troubleshooting. There is a suggestion to attempt reinstalling HP Display Assistant to resolve the issue.

Graphics Problem [Urgent]

This shows on my Device Manager.

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

It's for my GeForce GTS 250. After I installed HP Display Assistant, nothing happened. So I thought there were no changes. Then, I turned off my PC and went somewhere else. Then I came back home and used my PC again and that problem showed up. I uninstalled the HP Display Assistant but still nothing happened. Sad I downloaded the latest graphics drivers and installed it, still nothing happened. Please help guys. :(

Note: The installation of HP Display Assistant didn't finish. I think it suddenly didn't respond so I just ended the task using task manager. Then after shutting down my PC and opening it again. This happened. Sad And I used Your Uninstaller 2010 to uninstall the said program.

Give us some more information to properly help you, please.

What version of windows do you have?
Is your OS 32 bit or 64 bit?
Have you done windows updates?

After you have told me this, I can give you some tips perhaps.

Since you didn't let it finish, have you tried to install the HP Display Assistant again?

I am having a hell of a time finding a good all-in-one inkjet printer. I must have gone through 5 Canon, 2 HP, one Brother, one Epson and two 4 X 6 photo printers in the last 7 yrs. all have all sort of problems. I don't even know where to start anymore. my price range is $180-$400, not exactly the cheapest ones. Mainly it's for my wife which is not exactly good in tech. most of the problem is the printers kept changing the way it operate. Must be from auto update. I cannot turn off the...
