Daguerreotypes
I'm an ex-Physics/Maths teacher now working on two private projects: Daguerreotypes and freezing water.

I'm starting to recover from a surprising and possibly unique crisis. I'm interested in the liquid state of water (real water with solutes) and would appreciate a discussion on the subject. I can also help with basic and general Maths and Physics questions and Daguerreotype-making.David

Show us some of your daguerreotypes. Sounds interesting. Since this thread is really only for introductions, how about starting a thread in "general discussion" ?

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics. I wanted to join a science forum, especially one dedicated to Physics and maths, to apply these subjects to my engineering studies. I hope to learn a lot through this forum. Thank you for your warm welcome.
