They need your to fill in the homework template so they know what skill level you are at, what equations you believe are relevant, a statement of the problem... and your work.

They require you to show your attempt to solve the problem. Without an attempt we can’t help. We don’t do student homework, we only provide advice when a student is stuck on some step.

Being an all volunteer site, there's no guarantee of a quick response so it’s best to pursue other means to solve the problem like talk with your teacher or prof, consult relevant books, look online for tutorials and ask your fellow students.
