How can I improve my understanding of physics and pursue a career in the field?

I am in High School, I`m currently in VCE. I really enjoy physics but I struggle with it. I am determined in it however. Physics is a big passion in my life at the moment and I am hoping to gain enough knowledge to one day gain a career in it. That`s it for now, thanks everyone!
