Freeware options for opening IR spectra files are limited, and users are encouraged to check if their school or university computers have the necessary software. If the files contain raw data, users may need to import them into Excel to generate the spectra manually. Some participants offer to assist by opening the files and converting them into a Word document. Seeking help from peers or utilizing institutional resources is recommended for accessing the required software. Finding a suitable solution is essential for effectively working with IR spectra files.

Your school or university computers should have all the picture software to generate those spectras, unless your referring to the raw data, in that case you'll need to incorporated into excel and form the spectra yourself.
