How Can I Use This Physics Forum for Help?

I like physics. So what's he deal with this forum, what can I use it for? Will I be able to get assistance should I need it? Oh and while I like physics, I'm bad at it :(

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics.
