i need a colpitts oscillator in this circuit i am building but i am having a very hard time finding an oscillator design that work and figure out what values i need.

Can anybody give some suggestions on colpitts oscillator designs? I am looking for an oscillation frequency below 100 kHz. Should I use an Op-Amp, transistor, or JFET to make the oscillator? Also, I know how to pick the LC values for the tank circuit in order to get my desired oscillation frequency, but I do not know how to properly bias the rest of the circuit to get oscillations.

Any help would be much appreciated.
