If you want to serve as a member of your country's armed forces, your best bet is to contact a local recruiter.

If you mean instead you want to work on research and development of military applications, you likely will have to contact any of the private companies that develop the applications.
 
Hello, I graduated from undergrad a few years ago with a Major in Physics and minor in Electrical Engineering.
