Introducing Myself: A Physics Student's Journey in Berlin and Beyond

Is it here you are supposed to introduce yourself? This is me. I study physics at undergraduate level in Berlin (started one year ago). I thought it would be interesting to take part in a forum in the English language, because then I learn the correct English termina as well. And I often have questions, so I am looking forward to it!
In the future, I want to focus on renewable energy.
I saw in the terms of use that it is important to use correct language. As English is not my mother tounge, I hope some few mistakes could be allowed...

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
