Is Electromagnetic Energy Being Weaponized Against Civilians?

AI Thread Summary
The discussion explores the limitations of the electromagnetic spectrum, suggesting that the lowest frequency is tied to blackbody radiation at absolute zero, while the upper limit may be defined by Planck energy. It raises the question of whether electromagnetic energy can be weaponized against civilians, comparing potential methods to existing military systems like ADT or ADS. A personal account mentions experiencing an attack in Long Beach, California, described as a shockwave with electricity. The conversation highlights concerns about the application of electromagnetic energy as a weapon. Overall, the topic underscores the intersection of physics and potential civilian safety issues.

does the electromagnetic spectrum limited?
whate is the theoretical answers for limitation of the spectrum?

In a sense I'd say it is on the lower end because i'd say the lowest achievable frequency is that which originates from the blackbody radiation at absolute zero. As for the upper limit I see no reason why there should be a limit.

The lowest frequency is given by the size of the universe- 1/2 a wavelength is the size of the universe- and the highest frequency is given by v = E/h, where E is the Planck energy:

frequencies higher than that can't be reasonably explained by current physical theory.

Can electromagnetic energy be pushed into a home as a weapon? Like a bolt of electricity using a linear amplifier. Would it be similar to the ADT or ADS weapon systems used by law enforcement or the military? I've been attacked with something here in Long Beach, Ca and its a shockwave with electricity.

Thread 'Motional EMF in Faraday disc, co-rotating magnet axial mean flux'
So here is the motional EMF formula. Now I understand the standard Faraday paradox that an axis symmetric field source (like a speaker motor ring magnet) has a magnetic field that is frame invariant under rotation around axis of symmetry. The field is static whether you rotate the magnet or not. So far so good. What puzzles me is this , there is a term average magnetic flux or "azimuthal mean" , this term describes the average magnetic field through the area swept by the rotating Faraday...
