AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around a theory that an ancient mountaineering boot is made from the skin of a bear's leg, with human bones included. The proposal suggests that testing the claws could determine their origin; if they are extensions of the toes, they belong to a bear, while if not, they may confirm the boot's prehistoric nature. A link to comparative images and further forum discussions is provided to support this theory.

I think this thing is manufactured from the skin of a bear's leg. It is an ancient mountaineering boot, IMO. The bones are human, the skin and claws are a bear's. This link is to a webpage with some comparative pics, and links to forum discussion about this theory-

Thats not a bad theory. Someone with access to the foot should be able to test if the claws are actual extentions of the toes or not. If they are, it's a bear foot. If not, it's probably your prehistoric mountain boot.

Didn't think of that.
