It's a pleasure to meet all of you. I was directed here from a post by Sean Carroll, and I am interested in joining and getting to know members of this community.

I have a keen interest in science in general and astrophysics in particular, and am planning on studying Physics at Birkbeck next year, with a mind to take it to Master's and beyond. I actually dropped out of school due to depression, so it's extremely exciting to finally be returning to study what I enjoy most.

I look forward to exploring the Physics Forums and getting to know you all!
