TL;DR Summary: Finding maximum bending moment on a boom

I am trying to solve the problem stated in the picture below.
The answers are given.
I've manage to find the Normal and Shear Forces but I'm stuck at the bending moment.
According to my analysis the maximum bending moment is +7208,1 daNm.
This value is obviously wrong because it is not consistent with the shear diagram.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
You can find my analysis in the attached PDF.

Shouldn't this beam be somehow supported ?

I think it is. The forces acting at A,B,D,M are all reaction forces.
