I want to make a 3.2cc engine car for a techfest.
Can anyone guide me on this?
I want to know from where to start and which sites to refer.

mate you're talking about the IIT Bombay Techfest i guess. You're starting too late for it to be finished in time. Try to use a nitro engine of the same size. It'll give you more power.
